$150 cleaning fee
$200 fully refundable security deposit to cover any incidentals in the house.
If you need tours, scuba diving trips, a chef, car rentals, cell phone rental, or anything else....my property managers will hook you up. Just ask.

RENTAL RATES (ALL seasons and dates are the same $ renting directly with me)
3-6 nights, $188 nightly rate with a 3 night minimum stay required
Weekly rate of $1184 - Daily housekeeping included (10% discount)
Monthly rate of $2400 - Weekly housekeeping included (45% discount)
All utilities are included.
**Note that rates through Airbnb are variable and change depending on demand. You may rent with me at any time for the above rates and save on Airbnb/VRBO fees.
