• $200 fully refundable security deposit to cover any incidentals in the house.

• If you need tours, scuba diving trips, a chef, car rentals, cell phone rental, or anything else....we can hook you up.  Just ask.

RENTAL RATES (ALL seasons and dates are the same)

• 3-6 nights, $188 nightly rate with a 3 night minimum stay required

• Weekly rate of $1184 - Daily housekeeping included (10% discount)

• Monthly rate of $2400 - Weekly housekeeping included (45% discount)
