Beautiful home in a great location. Casa Cascada was the perfect home for our family vacation. The location was prime and everything was near by. We were able to walk everywhere. It is also very safe and beautiful neighborhood. The house itself is beautiful and everything we needed was provided. The decor and bathrooms are amazing. Very spa like bathrooms. We loved the house, especially the pool and rooftop party deck. It was great hearing the church bells in the morning and evening. We deeply appreciate the service alex provided. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us setting up tours, recommending places to eat, and pointed out all the main places of attraction in Cozumel so we wouldn't miss out on anything. He was always available whenever we had any questions or needed help. He always had a huge smile on his face. We would definitely return to Casa Cascada on our next trip to Cozumel.

I stayed at Casa Cascada with a group of friends when we came to Cozumel on a dive vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. The close proximity to Mega and Chedraui made it easy for us to keep a good diet of fresh foods since it was an easy walk. And it is close enough to the downtown area so we could walk there and shop whenever we wanted without the need for a car or taxi. We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and relaxing in the living room to watch a movie after a long day of great diving. Even with seven of us, it never seemed like we were crowded because the pool, hot tub and deck on the rooftop provided plenty of room to spread out and relax. I look forward to my next dive vacation with friends in Cozumel and we will definately stay at Casa Cascada when we come.

The house is divine, and as beautiful as the pictures. Every convenience is available for a group of spoiled us citizens (well, except for potable water from the tap). Any problems disappeared within minutes with a single phone call and the amenities of the island are plentiful, varied and out of the ordinary. Bottom line - the trip was a trip!!

Truly amazing. Our trip was March 2 -10th of 2011. We arrived early, and were met by alex at the house. Alex took the time to show us around the house, and explain the in's and out's of the house, pool, and hot tub. At our arrival the maid was still in the process of cleaning, so alex took us to one of his favorite local restaurants, Pascaderia de San Carlos. Which incidentally became one of our favorites as well, due to the great food. After a great late lunch, we went back to the house. The house is truly phenomenal. It is everything that the website claims, and so much more. Each room is truly unique, and the showers were out of this world... Over the course of our stay, we were always in amazement to the prompt assistance of alex anytime we needed help or had questions... Not to mention the house's amazing amenities. We are already looking forward to booking our next vacation stay at Casa Cascada, and Enjoycozumel...

Amazing home and perfect location! I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Cozumel. I have absolutely no complaints, aside from wishing I could stay longer! First off, for the price you pay to rent this home (by far the best value I found after searching for rentals for months), it's amazing that the rental doesn't rent for double what we paid. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. The location is perfect. It's a short walk to the grocery store and maybe 5 minutes longer to the downtown area. The home is also very secure with a privacy will surrounding the property, a locked gate, and sturdy doors. And the staff are awesome! We had a 2-hr. delay with our flights when arriving to Cozumel, and it was comforting that I was able to easily reach the rental staff to adjust our arrangements. They made it easy and were extremely helpful throughout the week. When we first arrived to the home, my group's eyes lit up in awe. Every one of us had a great vacation and if we ever have the chance to return, there's no doubt that we will contact alex & Margaret to rent this home :)

I have just returned from a 4 week stay at Casa Cascada and it was nothing short of greatness! The house is perfectly situated in a great neighborhood, is a short walk to just about everything you will need(grocery, restaurants, shops etc). The house is well kept and everything was in great working order. The roof top patio is a great place to watch the sunset with a few cocktails and the yard is perfect to relax and read a book(also with a cocktail). Kitchen was well equipped for a rental unit, but as a culinary enthusiast, it could have use a few more utensils. All in all I'd give the property a 9/10 The staff at Enjoy Cozumel was fantastic and made the whole trip very easy. From property maintenance to knowledge of the island, every base was covered!

An absolutely fantastic home! The pool and hot tub were used constantly. The neighbourhood hosts several inexpensive places to eat and some fun bars (hint: walk up to 30 ave, away from the water for some good local flavour). It is a ten minute walk from town and the nearest place to enter the water. The property management team was always readily available if we had any questions. Keep an eye out for Javier... he will deliver fresh churros for about Usd1 each... very tasty. We will definitely stay here again!

Denise, I just wanted to extend a sincere thank you from all of us at OU Medical Center ICU who stayed at Casa Cascada, March 2-10, 2011. The 5 of us truly were blessed to have found your home, and gotten the opportunity to stay there. We are all ICU RNs who work in a CardioThoracic Surgical and NeuroSurgical Intensive Care Unit, and with our daily work find little time for relaxation. At Casa Cascada, we were able to truly enjoy some well-needed and deserved "down" time. Everything from the immaculate rooms, amazing view from the 3rd floor to the stunningly gorgeous bathrooms and truly amazing pool/hot tub/garden area were a much needed oasis for us to recharge for another round of working in a high volume critical care hospital environment. The website truly does not show the full beauty of the house, I know that we were all blown away when we first walked through the gates into the yard and stepped into the house. The bathrooms are truly amazing, and we all continue to rave about the beautiful craftsmanship of the gorgeous showers and overall home. In addition, it should be noted that Alex (property manager) was extremely helpful and prompt answering all questions and the few needs that we had. He went well out of his way to assist us in finding truly authentic places to eat, offered very valuable advice on everything from taxis, beaches, and great places to shop or just enjoy a cold beverage. The man deserves our sincerest gratitude for his great efforts to ensure our stay was phenomenal. Collectively, we have all expressed a true desire to return soon to stay once again, if we are welcome back. We had a truly wonderful vacation, and I know that my wife and I have talked since about a trip back for just the two of us and our kids to enjoy the house. My family stayed in Casa Cascada last week and we had a wonderful time. The house is in a beautiful calm area, we had lots of privacy, the pool is very refreshing and there was everything we needed to feel like home. We did several BBQ's in the garden & enjoyed it very much. The best, we had the opportunity to bring our dog with us, that's not possible in many places here in Mexico. Thank you so much,

All I can really say is thank you!!!! Our family had the most wonderful time!! Everything was just perfect, it was much more than what we were expecting. And please give Alex from the managing company a huge thank you. We left one of our bags in your home when we were leaving and Alex brought it to the airport for us. The airline gave it to us when we were checking in!!! That's the best service I've ever seen!!! We hope to be back next year!!!! Start working on that top floor master bedroom!!!

The house was wonderful the pool was the best we spent a great deal of time in it and around it. Managment co was great if we called they came right away. Ideally located close to everything it was so much fun to explore all the local resturaunts..... great finds. there was something very soothing in hearing the church bells ring each morning . We had such a great time we will definalty return.

The house is amazing and catered to our every need. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. It is located in a great area, giving great access to the town and everything else on the island. We highly recommend the property to anyone.

This house is absolutely beautiful! It really enhanced our Cozumel experience -- the bedrooms are cozy, the bathrooms are spa-like, and you could spend hours on the roof deck or out at the pool. It is very convenient to everything on the island, and there are great, authentic restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!
